This room has all the benefits of being close to the city, airport, and ample services while still feeling like a peaceful suburb. The guest room is designed for a comfortable convenient stay, and should have everything you need; you're going to love it. The space All parts of the house are easily accessible, entry is key-less, and the guest room is immediately at the front door allowing discreet entry/exit. Guest room is not adjacent the host's room, allowing an extra layer of privacy. Guest room curtains nearly block all sunlight making late starts easy. The bed is a very comfortable memory foam mattress with firm and soft pillows. Kitchen is stocked with cookware and basic necessities for preparing meals as well as a fridge. A 40" Roku Smart TV is in the bedroom, and a 55" Roku Smart TV is available in the living room for your entertainment. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the house EXCEPT the rear bedroom. This includes the guest bedroom, the front porch, the living room, the bathroom, the kitchen, and the dining room. During your stay I do my best to stay out of your business. I am usually available promptly though the app, and home weekdays. I am sometimes less available during weekends, but should be able to sort out any details of your stay no matter what. I'm very easy-going and will work to ensure you enjoy your stay! Other things to note Cooling - There is no AC in the house. Heating - Guests are able to adjust the thermostat for heat. House is not suitable for children. Parking: Do not park in the driveway. Parking is available on both sides of the street, and there are always plenty of spaces available. There is no permit needed, ticketing or towing on the street. Be sure to park in direction of traffic. Neighborhood: - Multiple walking/biking trails along the Mystic River and rail lines - Close to a state park, as well as another recreational areas - Scenic views of the Boston/Somerville areas - Ample groceries/services/stores/entertainment/restaurants/coffee shops within walking distance - Short drive from Encore casino Transportation: - Free on-street parking (no ticketing or restrictions) - Short walk from 10 different bus lines - 10-15 min walk to Orange line Wellington Train Station - Easy access to 93, Rt16, Cambridge, Everett, Malden, Somerville, Downtown Boston - Short car ride to Logan airport - Easy pickup location for Uber/Lyft
