Amazing canal view from the lanai. Panoramic view from the rooftop with pool, jacuzzi and BBQ grills. Best of all, price includes all Taxes. The space The space is 723 sq.ft., and well laid out with a good floor plan. However, there is no room for a crib or wheelchair. The lanai is 151 sq.ft. for added enjoyment. Do not lean on the guard rail. You may also go to the rooftop for sun tan in the daytime, or to catch a breeze in the evening and watch the winter sunset. Don't miss the fireworks every Friday at Hilton Hotel after sunset, which you can view from the top deck. Units includes 1 parking stall, for additional Parking stall applies: $ 150 each There are also lots of guest parkings in the building. Register vehicle information at the Front Desk. Guest access The condo has a nice lobby to meet people, and lots of guest parking. Rooftop swimming pool and Jacuzzi, with BBQ grills and picnic table/chair are there for your enjoyment. Trash chute and fire escape adjacently across the hallway. Other things to note I provide basic cleaning supplies for kitchen and bathroom use. There are beach towels, boogie boards and cooler for beach use. The condo has strict policy for breaking the rules. If you smoke on the premise, leave unsightly objects on the lanai, create loud noises during quiet hours (9 pm - 9 am), I will be fined, and will pass the penalty to you. So please be conscientious and cooperative. If you possess illegal substance, or carry on illegal activities, you will be promptly evicted. The building has 24 hour security. The condo is clean when you arrive. When you depart, just leave all sheets and towels wherever they lay. If you need to wash them, please separate the whites. When you leave, the overall appearance should be clean and neat, dishes washed, and garbage dumped. The trash chute is conveniently located across the hallway! The guest host relationship is built on mutual respect, and adhering to our agreements. The person Registered as guest with Airbnb must be one of the guests.
