I am in Haiku Town on the north side of the island, nestled into a residential area where you can get a true taste of island life. The space Permitted B&B, #BBPH(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) Hawaii TATax #206410342401, offers one large private bedroom inside the house that can sleep 2-3, 1 guest bathroom (owner has her own bathroom), outside hot/cold shower, kitchen. Owner has a bedroom inside the B&B. Includes WiFi, Apple TV, laundry and parking. An Additional local tax of 17.42% will be paid separately to your host upon arrival. A Hawaii General Excise Tax of 4.167% and a Hawaii Transcient Accommodations Tax of 13.25% are required for all permitted B&B's and their guests. Please pay with cash for the taxes. A five minute drive to Hookipa Beach and just 13 miles from the Kahului airport on the North Shore of Maui. Large vegetable garden, outside eating on a covered lanai/deck to relax on. Close to Bus Stop. I am one hour from Lahaina, one hour from the Crater and 1 1/2 hour drive to Hana. It is easy to travel out in any direction and end up back in Haiku at the end of the day. Guest access As a guest you will have access to the common areas of the house, kitchen, guest bathroom, back yard covered lanai, wifi and parking.
