Kula Jewel - Pool, Hot Tub & Awesome Views!

Pamela has been hosting two fully permitted listings for the last 11 years with over 1,000 five star reviews. BUT this one, Kula Jewel, burned to the ground in the Maui wildfires in 2023. We have recently completed building the NEW Jewel, and it is GORGEOUS! We just had our first guests stay, and this was their review: "Pamela’s place is extraordinary! The views are stunning! The design and decor are fabulous in every detail! I’ve stayed in many Air B&Bs; I give her place my highest rating!" The space The New Kula Jewel has every creature comfort. Amenities include: Swimming pool AND jacuzzi hot tub, comfy couches, WiFi, 3 flat screen TVs, a lanai with outdoor furniture and stunning views of the ocean on BOTH sides of the island, and the summit of Haleakalā. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet and upscale bathroom, the other two bedrooms have queen size memory foam beds, a shared bath with tub and shower, and a portable single bed is available for larger groups. We also have a pack-n-play crib. Complete kitchen appliances such as stove/oven and dishwasher, along with tons of small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender, air fryer, rice cooker, fresh linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, on demand hot water, private, easy access parking for three cars - this place is heaven! Fruit trees include: Avocado, Lime, and Cherimoya. We welcome guests of all race, religion, LGBT, and families. We offer incredible peace and serenity and ask our guests to maintain the same qualities. Please note: the cleaning fee can be decreased a small amount if only two guests using one bed are staying for short duration. Feel free to ask for this consideration upon booking inquiry. Also worth noting: the nightly price is for up to four people, but the listing can take up to 7 people. If your party is more than four people, the price will automatically increase by $20 per night, per extra guests above 4 people. We are dedicated to reducing single use plastics, and we provide reusable water bottles for our guests that were generously donated by the Maui Surfrider Foundation. There are TWO fabulous personal chefs who live close by. And if your visit crosses over a Saturday, be sure and visit the Upcountry Farmerʻs Market, which has some of the best food on the entire island! Our home is fully legal and permitted by Maui County. The permit number is: STMP20170001 The Superhost owner (Pamela) lives next door, but the properties are divided by mature fruit trees and other foliage, so the two houses do not see each other, but the owner is nearby if any need arises. E komo mai!! Welcome to Kula Jewel! Guest access Guests have full access to every area of the house, all appliances, washer and dryer, pool, hot tub, garden, lanai, parking areas. Other things to note Quiet hours are 8:30pm-8am. You donʻt need to worry about anything INSIDE the house - you are separate enough to not disturb anyone. But OUTSIDE -on the lanai, in the yard, driveway, pool, hot tub and parking areas, please be respectful that there will be some neighbors sleeping as early as 9pm. Even during the day, we appreciate consideration that your voices *in the yard*, by the pool, and/or in the driveway will be heard by at least three neighbor homes.
