East Room - Chatham Guest Rooms

This comfortable unit consists of a large bedroom with high ceilings and exposed beams, a comfortable sitting area, one queen-size bed, and a window seat. The East Room sleeps 1-2 people, and includes a private bath, air conditioning, a television (basic cable), a coffee maker, and a minifridge. Children accompanied by an attentive adult must be at least 7 years old. This unit is upstairs. Stairs in old buildings are steeper than modern stairs. Best for guests comfortable with stairs. The space Our historic farmhouse, built in the 1700's, won a 2006 Preservation Award from the Chatham Historical Society. The ground floor of the building houses our other business, where we sell antique maps at Maps of Antiquity. Stop in during your stay to see unique maps of your home town, state, or country! Guest access Guests in the East Room have a private entrance that leads to a staircase with your room being at the top of the stairs. Your room includes a sitting area with window bench, a private bathroom, a mini-fridge, coffee maker, water kettle, complimentary coffee and tea, and some dishes and flatware if you want to bring food back to your room. Other things to note Daily rates are based on 1-2 people, one bed. An additional $25.00 per night fee, per extra person (of any age- yes, babies are people too!) and/or extra bed applies. We do not supply any baby items.
