Aloha, I would like to offer and present you one of my studio's apartments for your stay in the heart of Waikiki. Mahalo The space About the apartment: located on 18th floor, beautiful view (mountain, canal, golf course and firework on Friday evening), renovated in 2019, on the floor its laminate floor, the bathroom is totally tilled, huge lanai (balcony 116sqt) is tiled with table and chairs for enjoy the nice evenings. You will find a queen size bed and a sofa bed for two. My studio is fully furnished you will find one large fridge, oven, stove, microwaves, coffee maker, kettle, glass, dishes, utensils, iron and board, hair dryer, bath and beach towels provided, linens provided ....... You have free Wi-Fi, a cable TV and Netflix. You will find everything for have a great time. Guest access On the lobby you will find a coffee place, tours and activities operator You will find on 6th floor: Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Fitness center (totally new with excellent Equipements), mini market (close at midnight), laundry and barbecue for spend good evenings between friends or in family. Security 24h. Other things to note I also have 4 studios on the 15th,18th,20th and 22nd floor all my apartments are located in the same condo (because it's the most famous and popular Island colony) you can see the pictures and review on my Airbnb full profile. The price than Airbnb communicated to you before you reserve included everything (tax, cleaning fee, electric....) no bad surprise on check in or check out. About Island Colony The Island Colony condo stands on Ala Wai Blvd & Seaside Ave, in the middle of the main stretch of Waikiki. Walk 2 blocks and you're looking at the middle of the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, with the hotel that shares that name right behind it. The beach is just beyond that, though you have to find the public access to it, which is about a block east. In other words, you're where's it's at.
