Aka'ula means red sunset which can be enjoyed every day from this private and gated property on a hill side in Ha'iku. The house is furnished in modern style with island accents, a very comfortable home away from home. The pool area is situated on the lower area of the property with a pool house and BBQ facility. The space The one level home offers a lot of space for families or friends traveling together. All bedrooms have great views and ceiling fans. The twin beds in the guest bedrooms can be converted to king beds. Guest access Guest have access to the entire home and garden and pool areas accept the garage. Other things to note The Hale Aka'ula property is a licensed vacation rental with Maui County. Maximum occupancy is 6 guest including children 2 years and older. Use of the property and home is for registered guests only. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, parking is available for three cars, there is no street parking available. A rental agreement has to be signed within 7 days of booking including pre-check in form requiring a valid credit card in your name. Rates include taxes (17.42%), there are no additional fees.
