This beautiful condo is centrally located. It is across the street from the famous Charlie Young and Kamaole beaches. All you need is in walking distance, restaurants, grocery stores, surfing lessons, and snorkel rentals. We provide beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, beach towels, there is NO snorkel gear. Nightly rates are lowered because the pool is shut down with electrical problems, grills lounge chairs and bathrooms are available in the pool areal. There will be no other refunds. There is queen bed in each bedroom. It is well equipped with beach gear, and washer/dryer inside the unit. Free Wi-fi, and parking. You will enjoy a quiet whole condo with fully stocked kitchen and living room. Maximum occupancy is 4. Full access to Pacific Shores' beautiful pool, 4 gas barbecue grills and hot tub. Walk 5-10 minutes to amazing local restaurants and bars. Walk 7-10 minutes to grocery shopping. Centrally located. We are not set up for wheelchairs or disabilities that need a shower chair, shower bar, or fixed grab bar for toilette. There are no T-moldings on the floor. So no tripping hazards in the condo. There is a rail for the screen door which can be a walking hazard. There is an elevator but there is no wheelchair access in the condo. the doorways are to small. There are no wheelchairs allowed in the condo. You will also have access to the whole condo lanai, one parking spot, hot tub and the pool area. We supply: 4 beach towels, 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler and a frisbee. We will not be available in person most of the time. We will be available to answer any questions you might have through text and email. We are located across from one of Maui's most beautiful beaches, Charlie young and Kamaole 1. There is everything you need within walking distance if you choose not to rent a car. There is a wide array of restaurants just a walk away. There are also snorkel sets, scooters, cars/jeeps, paddle board, and surf board rentals. There is also surf lessons close by. Kihei gets less rain than the main city Kahului or up country/mountains. You will need a vehicle to get to the condo from the airport. We highly recommend Kihei rent a car. There are also other car rentals or course. There is also Uber and Lyft. They will pick you up and bring you to the airport. There is also the Maui public transit system. You are not allowed to bring your check-in suitcases on the bus. So if you have more than a carry on you can not bring it on the bus. The last public transit to leave the airport is at 8:30 pm. There are also bicycle, scooter and motorcycle rentals in Kihei. House Rules: Live Aloha. Please treat our home and our neighborhood with respect. This is a smoke free property. No smoking on the Lanai or in the parking lot. There is designated spot a legal distance from the pool. No Children under the age of 8 years old. No glass in pool area. There are plastic dishes provided in the cupboard to take to the pool. Adhere to all pool rules. Do not take any of the bathroom towels out of the condo. You have beach towels which you can take outside. Do not put any dryer sheets in the dryer. Do not put any shoes in the washing machine or drier. Honor complex quiet time which is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. You cannot hang anything on the Lanai or lanai furniture such as towels, bathing suits or clothes. Do not put any surf boards beach chairs or anything else on the lanai. There is a $50 fine from the association for violating this rule and the guest will pay for it. If you take anything from the condo which does not belong to you or lose it you will have to pay for it. If there is mess which causes the cleaner to go over time you will pay the extra cleaning fee.
