The space offers two comfortable queen size beds and a mid century modern full sofa bed, stocked with luxury linens and towels, one bathroom, fully stocked kitchen with granite tops and stainless steal appliances. Enjoy breakfast with your family in the charming dining area or soak in the sun by the roof top pool offering breathtaking ocean and city views. The spacious living room is equipped with a flat screen smart TV. There is complimentary high speed Wi-Fi, coffee and tea. The building offers numerous amenities for our guests. In addition to the roof top pool there is a jet spa and sauna (free for guests), on site laundry (paid), on site parking (paid). If you need a comfortable place to relax while in-between check in/check out, enjoy the spacious Hospitality Room Located next to the pool deck- the suite features a kitchen, bathroom, separate table tops and chairs, and a lounge area with a TV. The views are spectacular! Are you traveling with children? As we have 3 kids of our own, we understand how important it is to make it easy on parents. This is why we offer numerous beach toys, body boards, beach chairs and for our littlest guests we provide a playpen and a high chair. Just tell us what you need, chances are that we have it. World class dinning, shopping and surfing are all within minutes walk. The building and the entire neighborhood are very safe. There is an on-site property manager, should you need any assistance during your stay. There is a secure paid parking in the building $28 per night. The bus stop is at the front of the building. It is $2.75 and it goes around the island. There is an option to rent a car just for the day from Alamo right behind our building. It opens at 7:00 a.m. and closes at 8:00 p.m. A travel desk is located in the lobby for tours and local attractions. TA-006-732-2880-01 Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo and all the amenities in the building, including a paid parking and laundry/credit card operated machines in the building. Other things to note Check in is at 3pm. If your flight arrives early in the morning the best way to secure early check in is to book the night before.
