Centrally located in the small upcountry town of Waimea, our LEED Platinum loft is the perfect place to enjoy quiet, cool, starry nights after a day of frolicking on the white sands of world class beaches along the famous Kohala Coast! The space My husband and I finished building Waimea town's first and only LEED Platinum home in 2011 and finished our bright and airy studio apartment in 2014. Our pleasant apartment is clean and nicely furnished. It has a queen size bed, one bathroom with a large vanity, shower and kitchenette. There is a full size closet and also an armoire with drawers for your foldable items. I have extra pillows and another comforter in the closet in case you need. The efficient kitchenette with a granite counter top is equipped with: - Refrigerator - Fisher Paykel drawer dishwasher - Microwave - Toaster oven - Filtered water - Coffee grinder - French press - Blender - Plates, bowls, glasses, cups, cutlery, etc. There is a lanai with frosted glass for privacy that runs the length of the unit with a distant ocean view from the far end. For the high tech peeps out there, we have Apple TV & Netflix ready for your code, basic cable, wireless internet access and a Sonos System along with a 42" Samsung LCD HDTV. Your unit has a key-less entry ready for me to put in a code of your choosing so there is no worry about losing your key while relaxing on the white sand beaches that are just 15 minutes away! You can also park on the street which I recommend you do if you are not familiar with the size of your rental car. Once inside, there is a flight of stairs up to your apartment.
