The cottage is off the road and the neighborhood has no through traffic. Walking distance (15min) to Ha'iku's Market Place and bus stop. The cottage is well equipped with all amenities you need to feel home. The space The 700 square feet cottage is equipped with everything a visitor needs. Just bring your personal items and do not forget to bring your swim suit. Towels, sheets, pots and pans, dishes, bath-towels are provided. Some beach toys are stored in the laundry room. Our commitment is to offer a very clean and safe accommodation. Besides towels and sheets, bathroom rugs, blankets, comforters, duvets, mattress pads are always washed between guests Guest access The garden area is available for guests including the use of the Jacuzzi. Fruits are seasonal and may be picked when ripe. Please ask host. Other things to note The Maile Bungalow property is a licensed vacation rental with Maui County. Maximum occupancy is 4 guest including children 2 years and older. Use of the property and home is for registered guests only. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, parking is available for two cars (tandem parking), there is no street parking available. A rental agreement has to be signed within 7 days of booking including pre-check in form requiring a valid credit card in your name. Rates include taxes (17.962%), there are no additional fees.
