On-site parking available. Other things to note Although times are listed for Check-in/out, I make every effort to accommodate other times. Sometimes when there is a same-day check-out&in, Housekeeping may occur later with advance notice. In any case, parking, use of beach gear and outside shower, and a secure place for dropping gear is available. You may hear live music from Paia Bay Coffee, and street events. Such events are typically on Friday or Saturday nights. If you are early to bed on such nights, it may be advisable to close the windows and turn on the A/C until it is quiet. Although my calendar is open for 6 months, message me if you wish to book longer (multi-week) stays. I sometimes sometimes accept stays for shorter, but ONLY 30- DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL (otherwise my calendar availability looks like Swiss cheese;-), and limited to calendar availability around longer stays. Please realize that the maximum legal occupancy of the home is 4 Guests. All guests must be registered in advance. No Stowaways. Office is a 10' x 12' room adjacent to living room.
