It is perfect for one or two people max. This former hotel was converted into condos in the 90's. About half the owners are part-time residents. About 25% live here full time and the other 25% are investors who rent like I do. The good news is the building is generally about 30% occupied, so it is generally pretty quiet--except maybe holidays. Guest access There is a lovely terraced patio and lawn with lawn chairs for your use on the ocean side. For ocean access, walk down the sea wall to the stairway into the ocean. Or you can go to our local Kaimana Beach just a 5 minute walk west. Other things to note We have UBER here on Oahu, and The Bus stops right out front, so you don't really need a car. There is parking in the building for $20/day. There is metered parking on Kalakaua (25 cents for 20 mins; 4 hrs max; enforced 10am-6pm.
