Home in Paia

Our SHARED home is a 4bd older style home that has been in the family since 1935. There is a stairway with 6-7 steps to get to the main level of the house. This is a private room, with full size bed and a toilet located in the room. There is also an enclosed lanai with clothesline, mini fridge and microwave. We are 7-10 minute walking distance to Paia town with lots to see and eat. We have on street (roadside) parking across the street from the house and WIFI. Renovations have been made but we wanted to try and keep as much of the original rustic homey characteristics as possible. Holomakani room includes a full size bed, bath linens, beach towels, small lanai equipped with a table, mini fridge, and microwave. There is a clothes line that you are able to use as well if you choose not to use the one outside or the dryer downstairs in the laundry room. There is a sink and a toilet in the room. There is a SHARED full bathroom with a shower stall near the room. There is an AC unit located in the room. I do ask that when leaving house that you please turn it off. The room has a keypad entrance in which you will select a 4 digit numeric code. This code will be good for your room and the entrance to the house. You will send me your code upon booking of reservation. Guest access I will provide an email that will explain where everything is in the house with pictures. But you basically have access to all common areas in the house and of course your room. During your stay As mentioned, we do live on property and you may see us occasionally walking our dogs, exercising with the kids or gardening around the property. Other things to note You will be required to pick a 4 digit numeric code for keypad locks once your reservation is made. The default will be the last 4 digits of your phone number with Airbnb .
