This waterfront, beach themed condo is located minutes from the Polynesian Cultural Center, Chinamans hat, and BYU Hawaii. Also near by is the Turtle Bay resort and Oahu's world famous north shore beaches. This condo is on the third floor and has a beautiful ocean view, with a comfortable lanai to enjoy sunrise and sunset. The lanai is accessed by a sliding glass door that when opened provides a cool breeze that keeps the unit a comfortable temperature year round. Located on a long stretch of white sand beach protected by a reef, making a great place to enjoy the ocean with your family, at a great value, where you can let the sounds of the ocean lull you to sleep. The unit will be furnished with 1 full size bed in the bedroom and a pull out couch that is a full sized bed, sheets, towels, boogie boards, beach chairs and toys, and all the amenities we could think of to provide a peaceful stay. For added piece of mind the complex has a 24hr security guard. Rental of this unit comes with free permit only onsite parking, use of the pool, a waterfront BBQ area where you can grill steps form the ocean, an ocean view gym, outdoor shower, and a beach side open grass area with chez lounges, picnic tables and patio tables with umbrellas. This beach front condo is surrounded by secluded beaches. The condo is within walking distance of a convenience store and close to a country grocery store, post office, and a few restaurants. Additionally ten minutes away is the Laie shopping center. The Laie shopping center has a number of shops, places to eat both sit down and grab and go options, a small movie theatre, and a full grocery store. Also nearby is the Polynesian cultural center, which offers an impressive luau, restaurants, food trucks (including the elephant truck which has the best thai food on the island), shopping, and many other sight seeing opportunities. One minor downside is, do to the remote location and adjacent undeveloped jungle, we rarely have bugs in the unit. This is a common problem on all Hawaiian islands, and is officially recognized by the state of Hawaii and AirBnB. We do make the standard efforts to mitigate this issue. If you have a sensitivity to bugs please seek other accommodations. Refunds WILL NOT be granted for cancellations due to bugs. The condo is located directly in front of a city of Honolulu bus stop.
