Our vacation condo is an ideal choice for an extended romantic getaway, a relaxing long vacation for 1-3 people or for traveling professionals looking for that ideal remote work/play destination. This condo unit has a minimum stay. Please check for availability. Discounted monthly rates available. Our condo features a separate sleeping area with 1 queen bed that comfortably sleep 2 people . The living room has a trundle/day bed for extra comfort. You’ll love our place because of the beach and ocean water at Punaluu are unique with long stretches of white sandy beach, perfect for a refreshing morning or late afternoon walk or swim. As our guests, you will have complete access to the entire condo, a private wrap-around lanai (balcony), beachside gym and pool, picnic area and BBQ area, and the beach. Access to your condo is by two secured elevators. There is free parking for 1 car in a designated stall with additional parking available on the street The building is currently undergoing concrete/spalling repairs on the building exterior. Repair work is done Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm. Please plan on some construction scaffolding on the building exterior, construction noise, and service vehicles/trucks in the parking area during repair work hours. For most guests, the renovations have not been an issue, especially if you are out and about during the day or out on the lawn/beach area. We don't want our guests to be taken by surprise when you drive up to the condo/apartment complex. Due to these potential impacts on your experience, we have discounted our rates through 2023 and the first half of 2024. Our condo is a corner unit that faces the ocean. Currently, the first phase of the spalling work is on the opposite end of the building. You will have the sound of the ocean and a wonderful view of the ocean. The Pat’s at Punaluu lawn/grounds area and long stretch of beach are not affected. Management will post major interruptions in the elevator that my unexpectedly arise. Our pricing includes General Excise tax of 4.5%, Oahu Transient Accommodation Tax of 3%, and Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax of 10.25%
