It is not one of the small studios with a small bed niche that others in the building try to pass off as a one bedroom. I bought this condo from a woman who owned four units here. She chose to live in this one. Like her, most believe it is the best location for your vacation. It has a Deluxe King bed with comfortable mattress in the bedroom with lots of extra linens and top of the line memory foam cooling pillows heat and moisture reducing ice silk and gel infused. You will find plenty of linens and a full size washer/dryer in the condo. There is unlimited high speed access and a wireless signal for your personal laptops. The full kitchen has a large refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, double sink, microwave, coffee maker, blender, rice cooker and all kitchen amenities. There are two smart TVs. The latest upgrades include granite counter tops and travertine type flooring. You will enjoy visiting because most of the time you have the white sandy beach completely to yourself. I tried to have the windows fixed but the building has plans to access all owners to replace the bedroom side windows at the same time so they will all be done simultaneously in the future. I don’t advertise that we have a gym because it was sparse and I only got complaints before but I just now got a complaint that the family would have used the gym if they had known about it. It does have a bathroom and is located on the ground floor in the middle of the complex with the entry on ocean side with fob key. Well we now have a chicken and rooster presence at times. Apparently vacationers enjoy feeding them so the building has some chickens, roosters and chicks. They are friendly. Please do not feed them. Once in awhile the roosters crow a bit too early . Guest access This condo rental is for the entire space. This is not a shared rental. This is a true one bedroom which is one of the larger model one bedrooms. Half the units listed as one bedrooms were originally studios with a small niche for a bed and much smaller in size. Other things to note Welcome to Hawaii where the air is alive with life…..unfortunately this includes INSECTS.  Unlike most of the world we do not have a winter.  Winters kill bugs including cockroaches so most of the world starts over every year.  That's why when most of the world sees a cockroach somewhere they know it must be pretty filthy.  Hawaii never has a winter and bugs never have to reset.  They are everywhere just waiting for you to leave some food or water out.  The tiny crumbs we just brush off our hands seem innocent until the bugs come to eat them.  In Hawaii we learn to eat over the plate and contain all crumbs.  I used to feed the kids cookies in the bathtub to contain the crumbs.  We did not have cockroaches and they now call me to teach their wives how to keep the bugs out.  Please notify me if there are any bug issues.  I have the best pest control company on contract they can come back anytime.  The trash bins are located in the parking area before the elevators.  Rain umbrella in drawer at end of kitchen counter -During winter months our North Shore big waves are exciting to observe.
