Beautiful home within easy walking distance to Waimea, including shopping, Starbucks, fast food, two parks, Parker Ranch, walking trails, etc. This room has a king size bed, a desk, a night stand with lamps, and a good size closet. There may be other guests in the house at the same time. The elevation is 2,600, which is generally about 10 degrees cooler than at the beaches. Most of the time it is the ideal temperature, not too hot or cold. Shared bathroom with one other room. Guests can use the kitchen, two common living areas, and the front and back yards. Scott is sometimes on the island and sometimes not due to responsibilities in other parts of the world. My goal is to provide a 5-star experience whether we meet or not. Waimea has a bus service to several of the landmarks in town. Do an Internet search for "heleon bus Waimea" to see the map and schedule. There are buses three times per day that go from Kona to Hilo and back. It is primarily used by commuters to get to and home from work. Guests are welcome to arrive to the house at any time, and hangout, get water, use a restroom, use WiFi, etc, but the room may not be ready until the check-in time. Just want to make sure guests realize there may be other guests staying at the same time.
