It is walking distance to Kahala Mall, trendy Kaimuki restaurants, bars and shops. The space best for an individual or a couple. This space is 450 sqft on ground level & brightly lit by windows with fully-equipped kitchen, w/d, furnishings, wifi, beachgear. There is a separate living room, bedroom and bathroom as well as a washer and dryer for your convenience. Walk to beaches, hiking, farmer's market, Kahala shopping mall, Starbucks and shops and restaurants. Guest access I will provide you a key personally or in a lockbox. Other things to note Parking. Please note that there is not a designated parking spot for the bungalow as parking on 19th avenue is open to all neighbors. Recommend that if there is not a spot available immediately in front of the bungalow when you arrive that you stop to drop off your baggage and then park further along 19th ave toward Harding Ave. There is always additional street parking on 19th just across Harding Ave in front of the Waialae Elementary School. All are less than 3 min walk to the bungalow. Take care not to park where you are blocking walkways or driveways or fire hydrants. Transient Accommodation ("hotel tax") fee. In Hawaii, we are lawfully obliged to pay 14.97% of the total accommodation fee for this purpose. Air Bnb is working to get it added seamlessly to the platform, but for now, we are obliged to procure it ourselves. We kindly ask that you remit the transient accommodation fee within 24 hours of check in via the AirBnb pay function, PayPal, Venmo or cash.
