•NO CLEANING FEES ADDED! Our home is in a country setting just 15 min. from West Monroe & I-20 (restaurants and activities). There are small stores and gas stations in our neighborhood. •Your primary accommodations: BEDROOM, QUEEN bed with an EN-SUITE PRIVATE FULL BATH (tub/shower) and access/use of commonly shared spaces within the home. •Guests access: via door code. •You may choose to interact with my husband and me, or you may come and go as you please. We welcome all company! The space Each bedroom has its own private en-suite full bath. Plus there is a half-bath in the hall that is easily accessed by the guest bedroom. We offer some extra amenities, such as shampoo, lotion, soap, tissue, etc. (Just ask if you forgot something because I usually keep a supply!) There is a coffeemaker in the bedroom, as well as in the kitchen. Closet space and empty drawers are provided. Guests can come and go as they like through the front door, and there is an exit through the garage. We can offer discounts for persons who wish to reserve extended stays. Guest access We provide a continental breakfast with choices of cereal, oatmeal, muffins, pastries, fruit, milk, etc. The breakfast is self-serve on your own time. Guests also have access to the kitchen/den area with breakfast seating, board games, kitchen appliances, and tv. There is also a spacious outdoor deck for relaxing or enjoying nature and a swing set for children. During your stay We want to give our guests space, but we are available to offer information or socialize as needed. We can provide free information on touring/traveling in the twin-cities area of Monroe/West Monroe. We may not be home the entire time guests are here, but we are easily accessible by phone. We hope to be home during your check-in time. Other things to note We enjoy hosting guests in our spare room and look forward to meeting new people. We do have a cat that is sometimes indoors. The cat is not allowed in the guest bedrooms.
