The space 2 full kitchens with stoves, fridges, microwaves & dishwashers. 3 separate bedrooms w/ sitting areas on the 3rd level 1 bedroom on walk out level; 2 bunk beds with 2 full size beds on bottom and 2 twin beds on top The dining room seats 12, can accommodate 2 more comfortably All three levels have central air conditioning. Window air conditioning units exist in each of the upper bedrooms as we've found that guests often like their sleeping temperature at different levels. Cable with movie channels & wifi Lower level for teens or singles to watch tv, play games in a dormitory setting. A main family room that will seat 10+ & a separate living room for conversations without distraction The property includes manicured gardens and a natural perimeter. Plenty of room for outside games! Walk the property to enjoy the flora & fauna. POOL IS OPEN from May 15th -Sept. 10th, WEATHER permitting For $400.00 per week EXTRA the POOL can be HEATED.
