Must be at least 25 yrs old to book. *This is a quiet space as we live in the apartment below. Absolutely NO parties and a MAX of 2 people in the room at any time. This all wood, 3rd floor studio is right in the center of town. Tons of restaurants, bars, theaters, and super easy NYC transit (Train and Bus) are all just a few min walk away. The apt. is totally open, has a private entrance, private bathroom, amazing decor, parking and lovely touches throughout. ROMANTIC PACKAGES AVAILABLE. The space This space is historic. All the walls are original and over 100 years old. One of the walls was even re-built in the 1920's using repurposed wood from the Wright Brothers Aeronautics company! We placed soft lighting throughout which mixes well with the dark wood to give it a "log cabin feel", while its still in the heart of everything. Of course, we have all the modern amenities such as wifi, roku television, a modern bathroom, and we are happy to provide the first bottle of wine. :) Guest access The space is yours. You have a private entrance, parking, and access to the entire space. Other things to note This is on the 3rd floor of a house. Must use 2 flights of stairs to access.
