Mapu Place is a bright spacious 3-bedroom with large loft home in Princeville. Its open floor plan and vaulted ceilings gives a large welcoming feeling. There are wood floors throughout the great room and bedrooms. The bathrooms and kitchen have lovely travertine tile. There are ceiling fans throughout the house including in the kitchen and master bathroom. All counter tops are granite. This is truly an executive house. TA-103-933-1328-03 The space The master suite is on the far side of the house giving it privacy. Through this bedroom you will find the master bathroom with his and her sinks but also his and her shower heads in the large open shower. The two other rooms contain a king size bed and Cal King bed in the third room. A bathroom that has a Jacuzzi tub joins the two rooms. The kitchen is one of the many highlights of the home. The large island has a double sink, dishwasher and wine refrigerator. There is a gas stove with an electric oven. The built-in microwave is also a convection oven. There are plenty of dishes, platters, serving bowls, wine glasses and even champagne glasses for wining and dinning at home. The kitchen includes quality pots and pans, crock-pot, rice cooker, blender, coffee maker, toaster, mixing bowls, etc. The lanai is off the kitchen.
