Description
Plentiful windows drench my roomy rancher with natural light. It's furnished in warm transitional wood tones and accented with a cultural flair. Centrally located in the heart of one of the city's historic districts, it's close to downtown, hospitals, colleges, local and state parks, and entertainment venues. The quiet, tree-lined neighborhood, off-street parking, private room, relaxing deck, and complimentary coffee and tea make this your favorite "home away from home" in central Louisiana! The space My place is great for a single traveler or, along with my companion listing, small families with older children visiting the Alexandria area for work, pleasure, study, reunions, holidays, church meetings, or conferences. The private room sleeps one or two, with a comfortable, twin-size daybed for the solo traveler and a matching twin-size trundle bed for a companion. Guest access Make yourself at home in the living room and kitchen in addition to your private bedroom and the guest bath. Wi-fi connection is available as well as streaming with Google Chrome. Help yourself to a cup of coffee or tea in the kitchen, there is room in the fridge for your snacks, and please enjoy relaxing on the deck overlooking the back yard! During your stay I'm usually working in my home office or somewhere nearby and I'm always available via phone or text! Other things to note I expect my guests to behave with the civility and trustworthiness of family friends. My home is not child-proofed. Parents agree to mind their children vigilantly indoors and out. Please keep common and shared spaces tidy. Sorry, no smoking or pets.
