There is a barbecue area with two large gas grills, tables and chairs for a perfect ocean front dinner at sunset. During the winter months you can see whales breech just beyond the two reefs in front of the condo and all year round turtles feed off the reef just several feet from the sand. Sometimes they come ashore to bask in the sun.
