Spectacular 180 degree ocean view from your bedroom and living room, just steps away from miles of sandy and un-crowded beaches. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling and kayaking in the calm water, protected by the off shore reef. Historic Haleiwa town just minutes away offers dining, shopping and Galleries. The apartment is very spacious, 960ft²(It's a LARGE end unit), and has everything you need for a home away from home, including flat-screen TV, WiFi, full kitchen amenities, plenty of towels, linens, coolers, beach chairs, fans, also a washer/dryer in the unit and an assigned covered parking spot. (one of the bedrooms has Shoji doors, so you can either close them off or leave open for more living space) and a queen sleeper sofa. There is a natural salt water pool and hot tub, where you can cool off from sunbathing or warm up after a long snorkel trip. There is a barbecue area with two large gas grills, tables and chairs for a perfect ocean front dinner at sunset. During the winter months you can see whales breech just beyond the two reefs in front of the condo and all year round turtles feed off the reef just several feet from the sand. Sometimes they come ashore to bask in the sun. The north shore of Oahu offers an extraordinary landscape, ambience and charm, world-renowned surfing, shopping fun, unique local cuisine and tropical nature. Our guests have access to the entire condo and building amenities, including the barbecue area, pool, and spa. We do not live on the property but are available for tips and advice via phone or email. Our property manager will provide any onsite assistance that may be needed. There is a bus stop one block from the condo providing easy access to Haleiwa and other North Shore favorites. Go to "TheBus" website and look up Route 76 and 88A. We also recommend renting bikes if you just want to explore the North Shore. Of course, renting a car will provide the most flexibility and access to all Oahu has to offer. The nightly rate is inclusive of Hawaii 4.5% General Excise Tax and 9.25% Transient Accommodation Tax.
