Makaha Valley is the gateway to the hiking, surfing, and glorious weather of the Westside. 20 minutes from Kapolei and 45 + minutes from Honolulu and Waikiki. Big waves in the winter, superb snorkeling in summer. Internet: 5G at the condo with speeds of 200 to 215 download and 20 to 23 upload. Ethernet cables are available. WiFi is enabled. Guest access The condo is located in a beautifully landscaped gated community that includes two pools, a basketball court, a tennis court and a gaggle of peacocks. It is nestled in the Makaha Valley, approx. one mile from Makaha Beach Park. Hiking can start literally right out the front door. Other things to note The island of Oahu requires a 30 day minimum stay for vacation rentals. The condo is on the third floor and there is not an elevator. The condo is not appropriate for disabled individuals as there are no grab bars in the bath and there are area rugs scattered around. The lanai is 18 inches deep - just a preventative measure for when the sliding doors are open. There is no air conditioning (except a portable air con unit in one bedroom) but we have a ceiling fan and several floor fans. It rarely get's uncomfortable. Registration Details TA-205-130-9568-02
