Beautiful Kailua Studio Near Beach

Come enjoy the beautiful Windward side of Oahu in our newly renovated private guest suite with own separate entrance. Fully furnished kitchen, bath and spacious room to enjoy your Hawaiian vacation. Very close to world-famous Kailua and Lanikai beach. In order to comply with the new Oahu short term rental regulations, our studio is available for a minimum of 30 days (regardless of actual occupancy dates). Keep that in mind as our 30-day rate (+amenities) may be less than a Waikiki hotel room. The space This beautiful guest suite is tastefully decorated with comfort and privacy in mind. You can choose to have a cool breeze with overhead fan or turn on the air conditioner for ultimate comfort. There is a full-kitchen (fridge, microwave and cooktop) and private bath along with flat-screen tv and free wi-fi and free HBO. Washer and dryer is provided and nice garden sitting area, outside the studio for your enjoyment. The studio is available for two (2) guests only. Not suitable for small children. Guest access There is a private entrance to the unit and a parking space available right out front so no long struggle with the luggage. Will send access code via text message prior to your arrival. Located on busy residential street so may be a little noisy during morning or afternoon commute with the windows open. However, with installed double - paned windows, and with air conditioning ON - noise is very minimal to none. Also, the studio shares a common wall with our home office/utility room but our living area is on the opposite side of the house, so you won't hear much of us!
