2 Private BRs in cozy cape near historic Concord

Our cape is comfortable, cozy, and full of sunlight The kitchen is open to the dining and family rooms, and the acre yard is full of gardens. We are 10 minutes from historic Concord, MA and 40 minutes from downtown Boston and Cambridge. There is a local commuter rail into Boston as well. It is a good home base from which to explore colleges in the area, too. The space We have 2 queen bedrooms and a private full bath in between on the second floor, one with a small desk and an armchair for reading. There is a small loveseat for seating in the 2nd bedroom. A minifridge and coffee maker are in the hallway outside the bathroom for guests' convenience. Guest access Downstairs, there is a separate living room for guests' use, and while weather permits, the front porch is a great place to sit and relax as well. We do have a full kitchen, but we limit access to it because we live here. With that said, we will work it out with guests on a case by case basis depending on their needs. During your stay My husband and I both work and are gone early in the morning until late afternoon during the week. We are home in the evenings and on weekends generally, but we can be in the background or as present as your needs require. We both love to meet new people!
