Gorgeous modern home in safe, quiet neighborhood. Everything you need for a weekend stay - whether you're here for a fun University of Iowa game or need a quiet family retreat from the University Hospitals & Clinics. Plenty of room with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. Open concept kitchen, dining, and living room. Finished basement with plenty of space. 2 stall garage with remote if needed. I will provide towel sets and bathroom essentials. I have a large deck with a grill. The space Fully furnished home. This is my personal home and I take great pride in keeping it clean and organized. I expect you to do the same. I have Netflix and Amazon Prime that you would have access to on the TV. Wireless internet also available. This is a town home so please be mindful of the noise levels to show respect to my very kind neighbors. I do not have kids, therefore, there are no toys, books or games for kids. I do have child safety locks on my basement door & kitchen pantry. Three bedrooms have queen beds. Plenty of room in the basement for sleeping etc. The kitchen table pulls out to seat 8. Guest access I have a 2-stall garage, driveway, and street parking available.
