Our space is close to the beach, public transport, and endless outdoor activities here in Hawaii. Our place has a nice outdoor space to enjoy and the beach is just down the block. It's great for couples, solo adventurers, and families. Haleiwa town and world famous beaches are only a few miles away, making this an ideal location on the North Shore of O'ahu. Fully furnished Space. Available for 30 days or longer. Our newly built home is located in beautiful Waialua, HI only a block away from the ocean in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. The space has a fully functional kitchenette that is great for breakfasts and easy dinners at home during your stay. Haleiwa town & restaurants are a short ride away for anything else you may need. The kitchen is fitted with custom monkeypod cabinets, and an industrial stainless steel sink. French press for coffee and additional kitchen appliances are stored in the cabinets. The stained concrete flooring gives the space a clean and practical finish. The living and seating area has a smart TV that is set up to access wifi for Netflix, Hulu, etc. There is an open dresser and luggage rack available to store your things as you like during your stay. Large overhead fans keep the space comfortable and cool. The outdoor space is set up with a table and chairs, great for lounging or reading. The teak table and chairs are an ideal spot for morning coffee. In the afternoon, head down the road to watch the sunset from our local beach. This space is private and our guests will have their own locked entrance. The entire property is fenced off creating a private space & yard downstairs. Guests will have access to the yard, and outdoor shower. The full size washer / dryer is available for use. There are two mango trees on the property, one calamansi, and one chico tree. Guests may ask us to get fresh fruit from the trees for them when they are in season. The downstairs space is private and guests will have access to come and go as they please during their stay. The neighborhood is family friendly so we ask that guests maintain the appropriate noise level if they are arriving home after 10pm. We are available to answer any additional questions or concern you may have while you are here. We live in the upstairs portion of the home so we are available when needed, but like to give our guests their own private space. We can offer suggestions for things to do and see while on the North Shore or guests can look through our Guidebook after reserving their stay. The space is really yours to enjoy. The beach and public access are only a few steps away. Historic Haleiwa town is a little more than a mile down the road. Follow the highway up the coast and visit some of the world's most famous beaches like Waimea Bay, Sunset Beach, and Pipeline. We are close to restaurants, shopping, public transportation, surfing, kitesurfing, sailing, diving, skydiving, yoga, and hiking. Haleiwa town is 1.8 miles away. There is a bus stop & bike path across the street. Honolulu Airport is only a 40 minute drive from the house. Street parking available. There is one space open for our guests at the front of the house. Please be sure not to block the neighbors driveways on either side of our fence. We have one friendly cat that lives upstairs. Please expect a normal amount of family neighborhood sounds. During the day you might hear things like children playing, neighbors working in their homes, birds in the morning, landscaping, geckos laughing at night. We live in a quiet neighborhood, with an early to bed, early to rise mentality, but we cannot control exactly what are neighbors are up to throughout the day. We ask that guests respect quiet hours between 10pm and 6am. Just a reminder, this is our private home not a hotel. Please review the available amenities.
