Waimanalo Beach House on magnificent 6 miles white sand Waimanalo Beach. 1990/NUC-1690. TMK 41005051. No more than 8 persons are allowed to sleep at the house. There are 4 bedrooms [1 king, 2 queens, and 2 twins]. All guests must sleep in bedrooms. C&C Honolulu requires that a property on which TVU is located may not be used for gatherings of ten or more individuals who are not registered as overnight transient occupants. No street parking, must park inside the gate, only 3 cars allowed. The space The Waimanalo Beach Hawaiian Sunrise beach house sleeps 8 in four bedrooms [1 king, 2 queens, 2 twins that can be pushed together]. The master suite occupies the entire second floor, and has a private deck with spectacular views of the ocean from the bed and mountains from the jacuzzi bathroom [no shower]. One of the queen bedrooms is a separate studio cottage with its own shower bathroom. One queen and the 2 twins are in 2 bedrooms on the first floor with a shower bathroom. Guests must sleep in the bedrooms. A fully enclosed outdoor hot and cold shower is outside with a view of the ocean. The beach in front of the house has a sandy bottom and no rocks and no coral. We rent the entire property together as one unit. There will be no one else on the property. A/C in studio cottage and 2 downstairs bedrooms only. The upstairs master bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and bathrooms enjoy refreshing trade winds through many louvred windows and fans! By booking with us, you will have to follow all our house rules, including but not limited to the ones repeated here. No more than 8 persons [each child counts as a person] are allowed to sleep at the house. All guests must sleep in the 4 bedrooms, no more that 2 per bedroom. The City and County of Honolulu requires that a property on which a TVU is located may not be used for gatherings of ten or more individuals who are not registered as overnight transient occupants [each child counts as a person] at the house. There is parking for 4 cars but no more than 3 cars allowed and all cars must park in the driveway. No street parking is allowed. No smoking and no pets are allowed. There will be no one else on the property. The beach in front of the house has a sandy bottom and no rocks and no coral. The house has an outdoor hot and cold shower for an easy return to the house from the beach and an outdoor red brick deck with 2 charcoal BBQ units. The pristine white-sand beach is so beautiful that it has been used a location for the television series Magnum PI, Baywatch Hawai, CSI Hawaii, Doogie Houser. It is the longest white sand beach on Oahu. The beach in front of the house has a sandy bottom and no rocks and no coral. There are outdoor red brick and grass areas for BBQs and outdoor meals. There are 2 HDTVs, free WIFI, magnificent sunrise views, all amenities, washer dryer, modern kitchen, koa and bamboo floors. Other things to note You will be within walking distance to: small markets, cafes, and plate lunch. Anything else you may want is only 15 minutes away in the quaint beach town of Kailua where you will find Whole Foods, Target, Safeway, Down to Earth, restaurants or the larger town of Hawaii Kai where you will find theaters, restaurants, and shopping, Costco, Safeway and much more! This home has a permit from the City and County of Honolulu, 1990/NUC-1690. TMK 41005051. The State Transient Accomodation Tax is 10.25%, (to be increased in 11% on Jan. 1, 2026), the State Gross Excise tax is 4.712%, and O’ahu Transient Accommodation Tax is 3%. Hawaii law imposes these taxes on all charges associated with the rental, including the cleaning fee and Airbnb fees.
