9S - Hawaiian Princess - Alii Hale Kai
Spectacular one bedroom, beachfront condo on the best beach on island away from the crowds. That is what all of our returning guests like about this location. We don't have all of the shops and restaurants that the city does, but we don't have all of the people either. 30 day minimum We also have condos that can be rented for less than 30 days, at the Hawaiian Princess and other beachfront locations on Oahu, the Big Island and Kauai . Please inquire with me (scroll to the bottom) for details. NOTE: The walkways in front of this condo will be re-surfaced in July 2024. The work will involve very little noise, so nothing should interfere too bad. Just want you to know ahead of time. One bedroom remodeled condo. Pool, hot tub, uncrowded beach, spectacular ocean sunset views from private lanai and all the amenities of home including king bed, full kitchen, washer/dryer, shower with horizontal body jets, AC, beach equipment, etc. If you are looking for a the perfect place away from the crowds, you have found it. You will have access to the entire condo and the common areas of the property (pool, hot tub, bbq area, etc) We know that guests like there space and are looking for privacy. We also know that if help is needed there will be someone there to assist. We live just a short distance from the Princess so if you need anything, we are just a phone call away. This part of the island is a mixture of socio-economic backgrounds. We have multimillion dollar homes mixed with lower income housing and unfortunately, some homeless camps. There are camps on the west side because of the great weather, but there are homeless all over the island, especially in the big city. The average price of a home is well over a million dollars here. That prices a lot of people out of paradise. That being said, you are much more likely to be a victim of a crime in Waikiki or at a tourist destination than you would be at the Hawaiian Princess. We are a gated and secure building. Most people leave their lanai doors open 24/7 to let the breeze come in and to hear the sights and sounds of the ocean. Just as an FYI, we live in the area, and we have never had an incident related to the homeless, except maybe someone holding a sign looking for a meal or a couple of dollars.
