House is very clean and well maintained inside and out and a great Ocean Block Location, the beach is just a short walk! 1st Floor features 3 bedrooms, one queen, four twin beds, spacious open layout living room/dining room/kitchen, central air conditioning (or ocean air at no extra charge), ceiling fans in every room, Flat Screen TV, WIFI, washer and dryer, Large Patio with Table, Chairs and Grill. 2nd Floor features 3 bedrooms, two queen, two twin beds, spacious open layout living room/dining room with cathedral ceiling and Kitchen, central air conditioning, ceiling fans in every room, Flat Screen TV, WIFI, Second Level Deck with table/umbrella, chairs, washer and dryer. The house and neighborhood are ideal for families or people looking to enjoy a quiet vacation at the Jersey Shore. Excellent area - most homes on the block are owner occupied. Many excellent restaurants and stores within walking distance, stroll the Lavallette Boardwalk or walk to Barnegat Bay. Seaside Heights Boardwalk and Island Beach State Park are a short drive away. The town of Lavallette continues to be a premier Summer vacation spot. Rentals are from Saturday 3PM check-in until the following Saturday 10AM check-out. Bath towels are supplied; renters must supply their own linens and personal products such as soaps, shampoos, etc. 12 Beach Badges are supplied with rental and must be accounted for and returned upon check-out, badge replacement charge is $ 65ea and will be subtracted from Security Deposit. Mutually binding standard contract, $500 Security Deposit (for cleaning/damage - refundable if not needed), 20% Rental Deposit upon signing contract with Balance payable April 1st and balance 4 weeks prior to occupancy. Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. Renters are required to wash bath towels and return property in as found clean condition. No Pets, No Exceptions
