Bring your swimsuit, everything else you need is already here. Our guest house is the perfect location, close to the beach and Kailua town. A large one bedroom guest house with its own private entrance, secure parking, kitchenette and washer & dryer. Enjoy the priceless sunrises from your own lanai, or grab a bike and take a ride to the beach. Afterwards cool off with a Maitai at one of Kailua's many restaurants and cafes. The space The guest house is located above the covered parking area. Guests will need to climb a flight of stairs to access the unit. It’s elevated location allows for amazing views of the sunrise from your private lanai. The kitchenette includes a sink, fridge, microwave, hot plates, griddle, coffee maker, rice cooker, toaster oven and a blender. The bathroom has a full-sized tub/shower. An outdoor shower is available behind the house to rinse off sand and salt water from the beach. The guest house has a Roku Player. Using your personal cable or other login/subscriptions you can enjoy your favorite TV channels and shows as well as access Netflix, HBO GO, Showtime, etc. Guest access Guests can access the property 24 hrs a day via keypad. Other things to note Children are welcome and a pack & play is available in the unit. Please be aware that all children (including those under 2 years old count as a guest). The sofa converts into a queen size bed. Kailua is a residential neighborhood and we ask that guests be respectful of the neighborhood and keep excessive noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm. This property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days the rental is actually used or occupied.
