Lawrenceville village getaway !

My place is close to Princeton AND across the street from Lawrence PREP School. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Other things to note Extended Stay Policies #1 For stays of 21 days or longer, a mandatory biweekly cleaning service will be required to help maintain a cleanliness standard in the property. The cleaning fee is $65 per service and will apply throughout the duration of the stay. #2 For stays of 25 days or longer, a $200 utility allowance is included. Any utility charges exceeding the $200 allowance will be billed to the guest. #3 For stays of 90 days or longer, the guest is responsible for paying all monthly utility charges. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
