Situated on the leeward (west) side of the island of Oahu, Ko Olina enjoys a sunny and dry climate. The space Ground floor unit. The secluded lanai has patio table and chairs, chaise lounge and a small side table. California King bed in the master bedroom and 2 extra long twin beds in the guest room. There is a queen size sofa bed or an Aero bed for your use in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are beach towels, beach toys, snorkel gear, beach chairs, and boogie boards for your use. Guest access Two community pools with hot tub areas and a hidden hot tub area. Ko Olina Beach and Sports Club upon request. Other things to note Our community is only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Just a minute walk to either pool. There is an Electrical Surcharge of $295/month. The Hawaii Tax is 18.712% on the monthly rate. If you choose to rent the (optional) Golf Cart, the rate is $495/month. We only allow dates to cross over a calendar month if agreed upon prior to booking. The monthly rate is for 28 to 30 days. 1 off street parking spot available across from unit.
