Located on a quiet quay in picturesque Seaside Park, our newly renovated home overlooks the beautiful Barnegat Bay. Enjoy summer mornings sipping coffee on your private Juliette balcony, or evening cocktails watching splendid sunsets on our spacious deck. Our home is perfect for a family getaway at the Jersey Shore. Our beaches are only blocks away, crab and fish right in front of our home, or bring the kids up to the historic Seaside Heights boardwalk. Whatever your desire, it's here! The space We offer a quiet setting in the midst of all the fun and excitement of the Jersey Shore! Our home is a newly renovated single family home, located on a quiet cul-de-sac street with bay front views. The kitchen is open concept looking into the dining and living space as well as out over the Barnegat Bay. Both full bathrooms have been completely remodeled. Our home has central air, a spacious deck with chairs and a table for six. The master bedroom boasts a private Juliette balcony for morning coffee. We have a large, custom outdoor shower to wash off the beach. You will have access to a gas grill for family dinners on the deck while enjoying beautiful sunset views after a day of surf and sun. We are just 3 blocks from the ocean and walking distance to the nostalgic Seaside Heights Boardwalk. Plentiful crabbing and fishing is available right in front of our home, great fun for the kids! Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire upper level of the home, deck and outdoor shower. We have a washer and dryer, FREE Internet, Roku TV with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Sling and fast internet. We also offer 5 seasonal beach badges for access to the beach. Children 11 and under are free and do not require a beach badge. The ground level portion of the home, including the garage, is not accessible by our guests. All bed linens and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Our kitchen is fully stocked for all occasions from large family dinners to quite, simple breakfasts. Other things to note *Our seasonal stays require Saturday to Saturday check in and check out. We reserve the right to decline a request if it is not a Saturday to Saturday stay. One week minimum. *Minimum age requirement of 25 years old for group rentals 3 bedrooms: 1 king, 1 full, 2 bunk beds 2 full bathrooms: master bath is a shower tub, second bathroom is off the back bedroom and offers a full shower 5 seasonal beach badges are supplied. Replacement of lost badges are at the guest's expense and will be deducted from the security deposit. Rentals of 3 weeks or more will include 2 kayaks, 2 foam top surfboards and crab traps We are a NON-SMOKING home. Smoking is only allowed outside and PLEASE no butts left on the property.
