Excellent Location! Close to NYC, Met Life. Very clean, bright, updated 1st floor apartment of a 2-family residential. Full kitchen, living room, full bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Private deck! Plenty of street parking. Very conveniently located around the major Rt. 80, Rt 17, Rt. 46. 3min to Hackensack Hospital, 15min. to EWR, about 15 min Car, 35min Bus ride to NYC departing every 10 - 15 minutes. 3min to Wal-Mart, Costco, GS Plaza. Bus stop is just about a block. 15min American Dream Mall. The space The space is a 2 bedroom apartment with a full bath and a full kitchen in a 2 family home. It has a nice back yard and a deck with outdoor seating. Transportation to NYC is by bus right about a block away from the house and its about 20-30 min ride. Met Life Stadium is about 10 min. HUMC is about 3 min. There is a grocery store in a walking distance. Walmart, Costco, and eateries such Panera Bread, Texas Road House, BrewHouse, is about 3 min drive. Guest access Guests are not sharing any of their spaces but the main entrance to the building. Other things to note Please be kind to remember no parties, over drinking, any kind of smoking is allowed in the house. We have essential worker tenants and quiet hours are strictly enforced. So please be considerate about walking in and out, avoid loud conversations at all times, specially at late hours. Any little thing you may need please don't hesitate to ask. Please make sure to turn off the lights, Heat/AC and TV before leaving. The WIFI information is listed in the house and will not be shared online. I do have a Netflix account and it is signed on the TV. If you chose to use your own account, you can do so as well.
