It is located 1/2 mile from Rowan University/Jefferson hospital , 1.5 miles from the train station, and 20 minute drive from Philadelphia.Easy access to 295 and 95, Route 42 & Atlantic City Expressway. Guest access The guests will have privacy. This rental space is attached to my current residence. This in-law suite has a back entrance and access to the entire in-law suite. Other things to note - NO PARTIES - NO PETS - NO SMOKING INSIDE THE APARTMENT . For guests staying long term ( more than four weeks). It’s required to have the house cleaned by a professional housekeeping service at the guest’s expense. I can recommend one if necessary.
