Perfect family space for you, your kids and pets! So much outdoor space to enjoy and only a 3 houses to the bay! We just renovated not only the kitchen (which is fabulous) but now we have added 1/2 bath. We have added new washer and dryer too... We also have a new hot tub for your enjoyment! We are 2 minutes from stores and ice cream! The space Guests can use the whole house and all the perfect outdoor space. The backyard and upper deck is perfect to enjoy and watch the amazing sunsets over the bay. It is exactly what a family needs to play - ride bikes - enjoy beach time. We have plenty of "stuff " in the garage to have fun with at the beach and backyard We have now added a hot tub in the backyard - a perfect way to end the day and relax! Guest access Guest can use all of the property. I just ask that you treat my home as if it is yours with care and consideration of the space any my neighbors! Other things to note I have lots of beach and outside activities in the garage. There are beach chairs, beach buggy, beach toys and umbrellas. We have corn hole and badminton in the garage - easy to set up. If you need - we also have an extra fridge in the garage. AND - we now have horseshoe pit over by the crows nest - so have some fun!
