VERY convenient to medical areas and Fenway colleges. This is a perfect alternative to the high rents of this area! WIFI internet access, laundry, very friendly and fun household.. front and back porches and newly landscaped back yard with dining table. lot's of cool restaurants in this "hip" area of Boston. coffee available along with healthy snacks. I am out alot so lot's of privacy too! I have lived here for over 20 years so know ALL the local haunts and tourist spot's!
