Get away from it all. This beautiful, Victorian semi-detached home is part of a former sea captain’s house. Refurbished to a high standard, it is light and spacious with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and a 3-season porch with its own entrance. The open floor plan, central A/C, W/D in basement, WiFi, smart TV, outdoor BBQ, and shelves filled with books and games for all ages will make your family vacation that much better. In Sept and Oct, weeks are 20% discounted. The space Our 1300 SF suite is big enough for the entire to family to be together without bumping into each other. Gather around the table for a meal or on the couches for a movie, then find your own nook to curl up in and be alone. The first floor consists of kitchen, pantry, powder room, large living room/dining room, and screened-in porch. The second floor consists of the two bedrooms, full bathroom with tub, and reading corner. The queen bedroom has an extra space for working at a desk undisturbed and/or to set up a pack n' play an arm's reach away. The second bedroom has a twinXL over queen bunk bed. Washer and dryer are in the unfinished basement, and available for guests to use at their convenience. WiFi / Internet access: recently upgraded to a gig with a mesh network in an attempt to ensure that there are no drops in service, weak signals, or slow speeds anywhere in the suite, but this is still the Cape! Guest access Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. There is also a shared outdoor BBQ, back patio with dining table for 6, another outdoor table in the shade, and full front yard to play in. No fire pit, no outdoor shower (yet!), and the yard is not fenced in. Other things to note Linens (sheets/bath and beach towels) are included. Pet fee is an additional $25 per night per pet. Weekly pet fee per pet is $150. If desired, we can arrange a delicious, full Saturday or Sunday brunch made to order delivered to your doorstep. (Please inquire for pricing.) We have beds for 5, and have an absolute legal maximum occupancy of 6. No exceptions, and that 6th person is an additional $50 per night.
