This beautiful private cottage comes with a private entrance,a small living space equipped with a comfy double bed and couch, kitchen w counter seats, and bathroom with glass shower. It is a studio! BUT has amazing high ceilings that makes it feel much bigger. Note: Must love dogs - rffff - there is a Labrador on site. Dogs are allowed with an additional pet deposit (pending approval of size/breed) and provided they get along well with other dogs! The courtyard is a shared space with the main building. Please make sure to keep the gate closed. Note: Pending acceptance of reservations from private leases. Guest access Guests may access the cottage directly through private gate. Other things to note Incredible restaurant and bar directly across the street! The block is filled with activity. WALK to grocery stores, cvs, restaurants. A coffee shop is directly next door!! No true freezer. Small area that will keep some items frozen. Standing Hanging closet and 6 big drawers. Washer and dryer available on site via communication with owner and at mutual convenience.
