PK #303 has a wonderful view of the ocean less than 100 feet away. You can see the ocean from every window (even the shower!) and enjoy amazing mountain views and beautiful rainbows from the living room and lanai. The unit also overlooks historic Prince Kuhio Park and is a 1 minute walk to popular Lawai Beach and the Beach House Restaurant, and just a 5 minute walk to the beautiful new Kukui'ula Shopping Center, for shopping, gourmet farmers market and fabulous dining. The space Our unit is very well maintained and with island living room furniture, a comfortable king size bed where the ocean and palm trees will lull you to sleep, nice window covering, and new art work. There is a lovely granite kitchen with a new refrigerator. We spend our winters in Kauai and take great pride in providing a most up to date unit with lots of extras to help make your holiday a wonderful one. . Our unit is in a great location, beautifully decorated, quality, and a great value. We are just steps away from the best snorkel beach on Kauai and ideally located to enjoy all the beautiful sights of the island.  World-class golf is minutes away and the island’s best five star restaurant is just out our front door.  Our unit comes fully furnished and has all your beach needs, i.e. beach towels and chairs, beach coolers, (no snorkel gear)and needed cooking spices to help keep your grocery costs down.  There is free wireless Internet access, free cable, free local and long distance calls to US and Canada, and free covered parking. The Prince Kuhio is a non smoking facility We provide beach chairs, towels and umbrella, but do not have snorkel gear. You will need to rent or bring your own gear as our ins. com. will not allow us to provide it. The nightly rate does not have HI state tax of 17.96% which will be added to your total stay. There is a 5 night min. unless there is only 3 or 4 days left between rental check in check in and out. Then a 3 or 4 night stay will be allowed. Cancellations: Cancellations and reservation changes must be received in writing: thirty days (30) before arrival Sixty days (60) for Christmas/New Year (12/15-1/05, 2016). Cancellations made more than 30 days or 60 days for Christmas before arrival date, are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations that are made within 30 days or 60 days for Christmas of arrival date forfeit the full advance payment, unless the unit can be rebooked. There will be no refund for early departure unless the unit can be rebooked. You may choose to purchase travel insurance. Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended you purchase travel insurance for emergencies, health issues or weather related delays. Check In and Out: Check in time is 4 PM; check out time is 10 AM. If you have a late night flight you might consider booking another night. If there is a back to back booking, a late check out will not be possible.
