The first bedroom boasts a twin-over-full bunk bed, while the second room features a queen-sized bed, and the master bedroom boasts a luxurious King size bed. A full bathroom is situated in the hallway, and the master bedroom is equipped with an ensuite bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower and a jetted tub. Additionally, the master bedroom provides a private deck area where you can bask in the soothing sounds of the rainforest at night. Big-screen TVs in both the master bedroom and living room, along with a washer and dryer in the hallway, ensure that you have everything you need to navigate through both scorching hot days and rainy afternoons in this beautiful locale. You'll have access to the whole house via keypad on the front and back door. While I will not be on location, I am on-island and available via email, phone or text. NOTE -It is a residential neighborhood - there is sound associated with normal daily activities in a neighborhood such as traffic noise of people driving to work/school, gas powered lawn mowers and edgers, and tree trimming, kids playing nearby., etc. We look forward to sharing our home and lovely Hilo with you. Also, the hospital is located .5 mile down the the road, and there are several schools down the street toward the ocean. So, the road is traveled throughout the day by locals and the occasional ambulance; there is some road noise. This is Hawaii, so there are also Hawaii BUGS that despite our best efforts might get into the unit. This includes the occasional mosquito, roach, millipede, gecko, gnat, fly, and or dragonfly (those these mostly like to hang out at the pool.) They will enter if you leave the doors open.
