Your room will be clean and orderly, we can't guarantee the rest of the house will always be that way. We both work at home and are very busy, Make yourself at home, we have lots of space to hang out. I am an interior designer so I am always concerned about things being in order, however I occasionally get shipments and have boxes, fabrics etc. in my main house. there is no shortage of space to find a comfortable area to hang out. Just want to be transparent....some people take issue We are Both Business Owners, and work from home. If available, one of us will greet incoming guests. Otherwise we can let you know how to get into the home and make yourselves comfortable. We love meeting new people, so don't be afraid to come on out and enjoy our home. We have 2 cats who love attention. If we're entertaining we encourage our guests to join in. We look forward to meeting you. We are located off Kaneohe Bay Drive, close to H-3 and Like Like Hwy. Easy drive to airport 20-30 mins. Kailua Beach is 5 minutes away. Windward Mall and Windward City shopping Center are nearby. Lots of Restaurants in the area. Bus Stop is at the bottom of our street, easy access to Kailua or Honolulu by Bus. North Shore is a beautiful Drive, 45 minute scenic drive to Haleiwa Town. Kailua Beach is 5 minutes away. This is an older home which we are slowly remodeling; If you expect a perfect place this will not be it. The vibe is vintage for sure, like a step back in time to old Hawaii. It's clean and beautiful, if you like a vintage feel you will LOVE IT! We have lots of family who drop by; grandkids, etc. so it can be a busy place. We will respect renters and keep noise to a minimum from 8pm to 7am when we are getting ready for work. We always enjoy getting to know our renters so don't be shy, come out and make yourselves comfortable. Or if you prefer your privacy we understand. The room is generous and very comfortable to hang out in. There's lots of outdoor areas to find peace as well.
