We just installed a stair lift for those who are unable to walk up and down stairs. It will not be available for everyone to use as it is not a toy to play with. If you are in a wheelchair and are unable to climb stairs please let me know so I can make the chairlift available to you. Lower level is a 2 bedroom 1 bath and access to front yard and beach. Living room, with a Sofa pull out bed, TV and ceiling fans throughout. First bedroom has a full bed while second bedroom has a king bed. Adjacent full bathroom is shared. Upper level has a spacious living area, TV, large day bed or Pune'e, and a Sofa Pull out bed, dining room, full kitchen, spacious master bedroom with king bed, and full bathroom with jacuzzi tub. Let's not forget the awesome views of Lanikai Beach and the Mokulua Islands from the kitchen, living and especially the dining area which has a second sitting area next to it. This home is just two blocks from Mid-Pacific Country Club, within 15 minutes of two major golf courses and 4 minutes from Kailua Town. 25 minutes from Honolulu International Airport and 30 minutes from Waikiki or Ala Moana Shopping Center Guest access You will have a key code and total access to a two story beachfront home. We built this home on our larger beachfront property that includes our family home. You have complete privacy and your own space. We do share parking, you will have 2 spaces and the sandy walk through the hedge to the beach. Other things to note There is also a Jacuzzi in the upstairs bathroom. We are at the beach so we get lots of sand on our feet, I would appreciate it if you could rinse the sand from your feet before entering the house as the cleaners charge an extra $25.00 fee for excess sand.
