Private bedroom and private bath in lovely home

The guest area is separated from host's suite by the living area...this is a private room with a queen size bed and private bath .. Ronnie will be home during your stay more than likely because he is retired. We recently adopted a cat who is mostly an outside cat, he goes out around 6 pm and comes back in in the morning to eat and sleeps most of the day on our bed. 20 minutes from downtown…convenient to I 10, lots of restaurants and groceries… no parties or locals please and no one under 21 The space very clean and cozy home, room is very comfortable and clean Guest access access to the guest area which includes the guest bedroom and private bath During your stay We do like to socialize but do not want to be in your way so that would be up to you. We are home most evenings. Other things to note Please park on the street directly in front of the house. Also FYI, there is a Ring doorbell on the front door.
