Continental Breakfast included. The space Our property is 1.2 acres of seaside tropical gardens and is just steps away from Hilo's favorite black sand beach. We are convenient to the farmers market, restaurants, Volcanoes Nat'l park, waterfalls and botanical gardens. All rooms have sea views, ceiling fans, desks, en suite bathrooms. Guest access There is a common room where we serve our guests a generous continental breakfast every morning. The common room also serves as a guest lounge, and there is access to 24 hour tea service. There is free Wi-Fi, off street parking and a large tropical garden with wildlife, a natural saltwater lagoon with fish, ducks, a night heron, views of Mauna Kea and chairs to enjoy it. During your stay As host, I spend time with my guests at check in and at breakfast and offer advice on restaurants and planning day trips for a real local experience. I live on site and have my own private living space and you will have yours. I am mostly available and encourage guests to call me by cell phone to ask me for things they need. I respect guest's privacy and there is a separate guest wing and common room. As a County permitted, full service bed and breakfast, we change towels and empty trash daily. We offer 24 hour tea service, wifi, and board games in the common room, and off street parking. There are usually other guests at breakfast to socialize with and to share travel experiences. Other things to note We provide beach towels, folding chairs, snorkel masks, umbrellas, and other amenities. We change towels daily. Although we have a dog and cat, the guest rooms are maintained pet free for guests' allergies. There is a computer for the guests to use. And free wifi.
