The main level boasts an open and inviting living area with a brand-new (2024) oversized sofa and two armchairs, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The space is bright and airy, with a 50-inch LED TV (cable/DVD) and high-speed wireless internet. A full bathroom is also located on this floor. The kitchen and dining area are well-equipped for entertaining, featuring a dining table for eight (new in 2023) and a kitchen counter with three bar stools for casual meals. A large-capacity LG washer and dryer are conveniently located in the entryway, along with plenty of closet storage. Throughout the home, you'll find golden bamboo hardwood floors and an in-wall Bluetooth speaker system with volume controls in each downstairs room.
